Lost or broken Carrier remote? The AI10H-2 replacement is a drop-in substitute for a small range of Carrier remote models, including the AI25H-2, AI30H-2, AI15H-2.
This aftermarket handset is ideal for households whose original Carrier air conditioner remote has gone missing down the couch, copped a spill, had its buttons worn smooth over years of daily use, or been chewed by a curious pet. The button layout will feel immediately familiar to anyone who has used the original handset, so there is no learning curve. Simply pop in fresh batteries, point it at your air conditioner, and get back to comfortable temperatures without fuss.

Delays, lost parcels, and damage in transit
- Delays: Carrier delays can occur due to peak periods, weather events, remote/regional delivery routes, manufacturer availability, customs processing, or operational disruptions.
- Lost parcels: If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
